Basic Description & Lore:
Before the perpetually frozen lands of the north lies a desolate region with views of the decaying forests of Blightfall Wilds and the Hollow Swamps far to the south.

Here, eerie noises echo through the long valley, stretching for hundreds of miles. These wilds have been ravaged for thousands of years by wars and relentless conflicts over resources, leaving the entire valley blighted and decayed beyond recognition. Even passing through or simply breathing the air here can be extremely dangerous.

“Eerie whispers lingered in the air. She pulled her thick scarf up, covering her mouth—a futile attempt to ward off the biting cold. One step, then another, balancing the walk between the half-submerged tree roots.
“Auch!” a voice broke the silence. Her companion, a lanky marksman, was suddenly kneeling beside a half-sunken log. Next to it, a glass jar with a faded sticker attached to its surface. The marksman clutched the jar in their gloved hands. “A jar of…” they squinted, tilting it towards the dim light. “Ahh, I can’t read it. Looks empty,” they declared, fingers tracing the rim and cracking a broken seal with a decisive twist.”
