FantasyCraft Market Refund Policy

 

1. Scope of the Policy

This Refund Policy is applicable to all downloadable products available for purchase on the FantasyCraft Market website. By making a purchase, you signify your acceptance of this Refund Policy.

 

2. Duration of the Refund Window

Customers have the right to request a refund within a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. This duration is set to accommodate potential price fluctuations or discounts on our platform.

 

3. Condition for Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must not have been integrated into any design. If it has, it needs to be removed from said design upon initiating a refund.
  • Retaining or using the product without a valid license, post-refund, constitutes a breach of copyright terms. Further details can be found in our Disclaimers section.
  • Failure to comply may result in legal action to protect the rights of FantasyCraft Market and our sellers.

 

4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

  • Contact us at info@fantasycraftcommunity.com.
  • Provide the following details:
    • Full name
    • Product(s) you are requesting a refund for (attach the actual products if possible)
    • Reason for refund request
    • If the product has been used in any project, please provide a link or attach a screenshot of where it was used.
    • A statement affirming that you no longer use the product for any of the reasons mentioned above.
    • Proof of purchase: either the license of the purchased product or relevant payment information.

Upon receiving your request, we will review all the provided information. After thorough consideration, we will either approve the refund or suggest an alternative resolution.

In cases where a refund is granted:

  • You will be reimbursed for the full purchase price minus any applicable taxes based on your country of residence.
  • In cases where the product is found to be defective or damaged, in addition to the refund, you may receive compensation in the form of site discounts or other benefits.

The entire process, from evaluation to resolution, can take anywhere from 3 to 30 days.

 

5. Exclusions

  • We do not offer refunds for bundle purchases or products sold at a discount, unless they are found to be damaged, falsely advertised on our platform, or misrepresented in our media. Note: A "bundle" refers to a collection of more than two designs grouped together for promotional or commercial purposes, such as seasonal sales, discounts, special offers, or any other reason.

 

6. Termination of License Rights

Once a refund is processed, the license rights associated with the refunded product will be revoked. Using the product post-refund without a valid license could lead to copyright infringement actions as stipulated in our Disclaimers section.

 

7. Data Privacy

All information provided during the refund process will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. It will only be used for the purpose of processing your request and will not be shared with third parties.

 

8. Policy Changes

FantasyCraft Market reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any given time. Customers are encouraged to review it regularly to stay informed.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

Should any disputes arise in relation to this Refund Policy, both parties will attempt to resolve the issue amicably through direct communication. If this is unsuccessful, either party may seek resolution through legal channels.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Slovakia. Any disputes or legal matters arising in connection with this policy will be dealt with in the jurisdiction of Slovakia.
