FantasyCraft Market Force Majeure Clause

Definition of Force Majeure

For the purposes of this agreement, "Force Majeure" refers to any unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of FantasyCraft Market, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, or strikes, which may cause the platform's operations to be disrupted or hindered.

Introduction

At FantasyCraft Market, we prioritize our customers' satisfaction and trust. If you face any technical issues during your purchase, please adhere to the guidelines below to ensure a swift resolution.

1 Purchase Confirmation in Case of Technical Issues

Should you attempt to buy a product and, for any unforeseen reason, the item doesn't download after your payment has been processed; it is imperative that you immediately reach out to us at info@fantasycraftcommunity.com. We will work diligently to address and rectify the situation.

1.1 Required Proof of Purchase

To expedite the resolution process, we kindly ask you to provide the following confirmation:

  • A screenshot of the relevant transaction from your bank account history, highlighting only the specific purchase from FantasyCraft Market (please do not provide any personal information to us except purchase information). This will be used solely for verifying the transaction in question.

(Please ensure that no sensitive personal or financial information, other than the specific transaction, is visible in the screenshot.)

1.2 Compensation

Upon successful verification, we will not only ensure you receive the product in question, but also offer a bonus as compensation for the inconvenience caused (in the form of a discount code up to 90% for any product on our site - usable once).

1.3 Legal Implications of False Claims

Please be advised that intentionally submitting manipulated, edited, or false evidence of a purchase is a violation of the law. We take such matters seriously, and any suspicious activity may result in us reporting the incident to relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

FantasyCraft Market is not liable for the unavailability or inaccessibility issues stemming from our hosting server's downtime, natural disasters such as hurricanes, or any other force majeure events. While we strive to maintain 100% uptime, some factors are beyond our control.

Communication of Extended Downtime

In the unlikely event of extended periods of downtime, we commit to keeping our community informed. Important notifications will be prominently displayed on our website's front-page banner, and updates will also be relayed through our social media channels, Discord, and other communication platforms.

Obligation to Mitigate

In the event of a Force Majeure occurrence, FantasyCraft Market will take all reasonable and necessary steps to minimize the duration and impact of any service interruptions or failures.

Duration of Force Majeure

If the Force Majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may choose to terminate any ongoing transaction or agreement affected by the Force Majeure event.

Amendments & Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We advise customers to review this document from time to time.
